What is involved in life coaching?

Coaching takes place at whatever intervals you require, either face to face or over the telephone…It can be on an individual basis or as a work or management team.

During the individual sessions as your coach, I will develop you by:

  • Listening carefully to what you have to say, what you want to achieve, your concerns and frustrations.
  • Identifying your goals, which can be in any area of life including career, relationships, personal finance or general motivation.
  • Working with you to identify actions, taking you towards your goals, week-by-week.
  • Helping you to resolve problems and difficulties along the way.
  • Monitoring your progress at each stage.
  • Maintaining you’re motivation by providing positive feedback and encouragement.
  • Acting as a sounding board to enable you to move on.

Life coaching is not an easy option; it requires dedication and commitment from you.

I will guarantee my total commitment to you and in return I expect your full commitment to the process.

I will work with you for as long as we both feel it is necessary in order for you to achieve your goals.

My commitment to you is: if I consider we have reached an impasse, are not taking you forward or are unable to help with your specific area of concern I will, with your agreement identify other methods to assist you and terminate my involvement.
