Who is work-life balance for?

Individuals

Work-Life Balance workshops work with individuals to explore areas of their life that can be adapted or developed in order to achieve a more personally acceptable and/or productive balance.

Groups of people that benefit from workshops include:

The workshops include sections that raise the individuals’ awareness that they too hold responsibility for their own work-life balance; it is not simply an organisations responsibility to reduce stress and take care of work-life balance orientated practices.
